Lasting Success
Supervised Independent Living Program (SILP)
Lasting Success provides residential & support services to youth (16-21 years old) aging out of Foster Care System who are at risk of homelessness. The mission of the program is to empower young adults to achieve permanency by providing them with skills and resources including, education, employment, housing, hard and soft skill development, and long-term connections in the community.
Lasting Success is a 2-tiered program allowing participants an additional level of support resulting in higher rates of success for self-sufficiency. The independent, off-site apartments in the community provide the participant the opportunity to experience additional independence while continuing to provide supervision and support.
