SHARE Program
| Emergency Services |
The S.H.A.R.E. (Supportive Housing & Residential Empowerment) program assists in the development of housing and related supportive services for people moving from homelessness to independent living. Program funds help homeless people live in a stable place, increase their skills and their income, and gain more control over the decisions that affect their lives.
This program is open to anyone who is homeless, including individuals & families who are sleeping in places not meant for human habitation, such as cars, parks, sidewalks, & abandoned buildings, or those who are sleeping in an emergency shelter.
This project offers a marked sensitivity toward persons leaving the foster care system without adequate supports.
