Schuyler Outreach Emergency Services Hours:
Tuesday: 9am-2pm & 6pm-8pm (pantry only), Thursday: 7am-2pm, Friday: Noon-4pm
Schuyler Outreach is located at St. Mary’s of the Lake Center, 112 Tenth Street, Watkins Glen, NY.
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) assists lower-income individuals and families with heating costs. Please call 607.535.2815 for more information.
Schuyler Outreach Food Pantry is a network of 7 food pantries located throughout Schuyler County that provide individuals and families with a 3 day supply of food each month. Bread and produce are provided daily (when available) at the Schuyler Outreach Food Pantry.

- - Jefferson Village: 222 E 2nd St, Watkins Glen (residents only)
- - Reynoldsville United Methodist Church*: Rte 227
- - Romeo Village: 118 W Broadway, Montour Falls (residents only)
- - Schuyler Outreach**: 112 10th St, Watkins Glen
*Mobile Food Truck on site on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 10am - 11am on a rotating schedule.

The Housing Solutions Program provides case management, housing and support services to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Please call 607.228.5021 to make an appointment.
Case Management Services Include: Budget Counseling & Assistance Finding Safe, Affordable Housing
Housing Services Include: Rent & Utility Assistance & Security Deposits (You will be required to bring a copy of your shut off notice with you.)
Support Services Include: Community Referrals For Employment, Physical/Mental Health Services & Assistance with Access to Additional Eligible Benefits
If you receive an EVICTION notice, please call 607.734.4898, ext. 2412, for assistance. (This will direct you to our staff in Chemung County.)
Prescription Assistance: Schuyler Outreach works with local pharmacies, in partnership with Schuyler Health Check, to provide limited financial assistance for medically necessary prescriptions when you do not have any insurance. Please call 607.535.2815 for more information.
Nutrition Outreach & Education Program: Provides free, confidential pre-screening for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) eligibility and assistance with application completion.
