Lasting Success offers residential and support services to youth in the custody of county foster care systems as they attempt to develop independent, responsible lifestyles within the community.

Project S.H.A.R.E.
Supportive Housing & Residential Empowerment
A transitional housing program designed to provide up to two years of rental assistance and supportive services to young adults between the ages of 18-25 who are homeless AND have resided in the foster care system. As with the Homeless Housing Program, individuals must possess the skills necessary to live independently in the community and be capable of taking care of their personal needs, with some case management support.
